About Al Jariyah Investment Academy

We educate private investors — independently, methodically, and in four languages.

Our story

Al Jariyah began in 2026 from a recurring observation: people make far-reaching financial decisions based on advertising, rumour, or abbreviated advice. Reliable knowledge was locked inside university programmes or behind expensive advisory mandates.

Al Jariyah was founded by Abdulhadi Almustafa, who built his understanding of markets as a portfolio manager — growing an initial $1,000 into more than $1 million before turning to teaching. Salman Mohammad leads the platform as Head of IT, running its technical operations and moderating the community.

We publish in four languages from day one, so no learner has to wait for a translation. Our business model is deliberately plain: we are paid by our learners, not by product providers. That independence is what allows us to say what we believe to be true.

Mission

We make rigorous investment knowledge accessible to serious learners — regardless of prior education, location, or wealth. We measure ourselves not by how many courses we sell, but by how many people can afterwards decide independently and for good reasons.

Vision

A generation of investors who can read a prospectus, question a fee, and name a risk before they act. Financial self-determination should not be a privilege of insiders.

Our principles

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

  • Independence

We accept no commissions, placement fees, or sponsored content from product providers. Our only source of revenue is our learners.

  • Rigour

Every claim is sourced, every metric defined. Where the data is ambiguous, we say so rather than manufacture false clarity.

  • Accessibility

Four languages of instruction, subtitles, transcripts, and accessible materials. Depth of content should never fail on language.

  • Responsibility

We give no investment advice and promise no returns. We convey knowledge and state risks plainly — even when that sells less.

Milestones

Where it all begins.

  1. 2026

    Founded in Germany

A single in-person course on capital market fundamentals begins with 24 participants.

Our team

The two people behind Al Jariyah: a portfolio manager turned instructor, and the person keeping the platform running.

  • Abdulhadi Almustafa

    Founder · Instructor

Nine years in the investment field, including a run as portfolio manager that grew an initial $1,000 into more than $1 million. Now teaches the discipline behind that track record.

  • Salman Mohammad

    Moderator · Head of IT

Responsible for the platform, its technical operations, and moderating the Al Jariyah community.

International reach

Financial markets are global; regulation and investment culture are not. So we adapt case studies, tax examples, and product landscapes to each region rather than laying a translation over a single market view.

  • Europe

Focused on UCITS funds, MiFID II transparency, European pension systems, and the taxation of investment income in German-speaking markets.

  • Arab world

Modules on Gulf exchanges, sukuk structures, and Shariah-compliant screening criteria and how they are audited.

  • Latin America

Content on inflation protection, currency risk, local fixed-income markets, and accessing international assets from the region.
